PDC Accommodation
Take your course while living in a traditional Thai house shaped by the same thinking the course teaches.
The house

Small by design
This house belongs to a friend of Neil, our lead teacher. He hired several architects to design it, and none of the proposals felt right. So Neil joined the conversations, bringing the tools he teaches on this course, sector analysis among them, and worked with the architects and the owner until the design made sense. The house you stay in is the result.
It draws on the Japanese courtyard-house tradition, where every room looks back onto the house itself. The rooms face each other across the courtyard, so from inside your room you are always looking at the architecture you are living in.
There is really only one view here: out over Bang Phra reservoir. The first proposal was a rectangular block with identical stacked rooms, each getting the same slice of lake. The built house turns that inside out: rooms look onto the house and its courtyard, and everyone shares the wide front balcony where the view belongs to the whole household at once.
And because it follows the traditional Thai pattern, raised on stilts, the shaded ground floor is generous, usable space. That is where parts of your course will actually be taught. Some mornings, the classroom is downstairs.
2026 prices
Every price includes the course itself. What changes is where you sleep: the campus at Mosaic School, or a shared or private room in the Thai house.
